Çocuk Ekran, British Council’ın International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF) kapsamında desteklenen “Developing Guidelines for Screen Media for Preschool Children in Turkey” araştırmasının bulgularını yaygınlaştırmak amacıyla C-Lab bünyesinde yürütülecek bir iletişim projesidir.

Araştırma, University of Essex’ten Dr. Ayten Bilgin, Özyeğin Üniversitesi’nden Doç. Dr. Gizem Arıkan ve İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi’nden Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Esra Ercan Bilgiç tarafından yürütülmüştür.

Proje için seçilecek 6–8 kişilik öğrenci ekibi, araştırma bulgu raporu, web sitesi ve hazırlanan ebeveyn kılavuzu doğrultusunda podcast, vodcast ve sosyal medya içerikleri üreterek projenin yaygınlaştırma çalışmalarına katkı sunacaktır.

Ekip aynı zamanda Dijital Medya ve Çocuk platformunun web sitesi ve sosyal medya kanalları için her yaştan çocukların dijital medya kullanımı ve dijital ebeveynlik konularında içerikler üretecektir. Projeye başarıyla katkıda bulunan öğrencilere, British Council destekli uluslararası bir araştırma projesinin çıktılarının yaygınlaştırılmasına yönelik iletişim çalışmalarında yer aldıklarını gösteren katılım belgesi verilecektir.

Çocuk Ekran is a communication project to be carried out under the auspices of C-Lab with the aim of disseminating the findings of the “Developing Guidelines for Screen Media for Preschool Children in Turkey” study, which was supported by the British Council’s International Science Partnerships Fund (ISPF).

The research was conducted by Dr. Ayten Bilgin from the University of Essex, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Gizem Arıkan from Özyeğin University, and Dr. Esra Ercan Bilgiç, Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilgi University.

A student team of 6–8 members to be selected for the project will contribute to the project’s outreach efforts by producing podcasts, vodcasts, and social media content based on the research findings report, the website, and the prepared parent guide.

The team will also produce content for the “Digital Media and Children” platform’s website and social media channels on topics such as children’s use of digital media and digital parenting across all age groups. Students who successfully contribute to the project will receive a certificate of participation acknowledging their involvement in communication efforts aimed at disseminating the outcomes of an international research project supported by the British Council.
